Meshesha Robel is both a Mortgage Agent Level 2 with Mortgage Alliance and a REALTOR® with Sutton Group Admiral Realty, Brokerage. His dual credentials bring two important conversations together: how to finance your purchase, and how to find and buy a home.
For a first-time buyer, that can mean less back-and-forth and a clearer connection between your budget, your search and your offer. It is a convenience and coordination benefit — not a promise of a particular approval, rate or purchase result.
Meshesha’s role is to help you understand the decisions in front of you. You can start with savings and financing questions, a property search, or a pre-approval you already have.
Two licences. Distinct responsibilities.
Mortgage services and real estate services are provided through their respective brokerages, not as one combined brokerage service. Representation terms, mortgage service arrangements, compensation and any potential conflicts will be explained and disclosed as required before you proceed.
You are not required to use Meshesha for both services. Independent legal and tax advice remain important, and lender underwriting determines mortgage approval and terms.
